Welcome to our School Library!
As we all know, reading is a wonderful experience for every single person to enjoy. We are lucky enough to have a dedicated library space with over 6000 books, covering a wide range of both fiction and non-fiction with something to suit everyone!
Each class has a slot each week to go to the library and choose two books to read at school and at home. They are also learning how to use a library independently by searching for books both for pleasure and for learning, so are encouraged to visit their local library too.
You can find your local library and follow their services by clicking the following link:

Alongside their class slots, the library is open every morning before registration for children to come and choose their books, as well as after lunch time. The library is open for parents after school every day, from 3.20pm to 3.45pm, for pupils to change their books. If you wish to visit with your child or would like to see me about anything book or library related I am always happy to help!
In the future, we are looking to take our library community, so look out for book recommendations from both staff and children, book reviews across the year groups, up-to-date book events and more!

I look forward to seeing you all soon.
